Scrutiny of Broadband Services
Bill has welcomed news that the Scottish Parliament is inviting views in relation to the availability and roll out of Broadband.
The Infrastructure and Capital Investment Committee is conducting a scoping exercise to assess the coverage, availability and uptake of broadband across Scotland. It will also consider the ways in which different local areas are promoting access to Broadband and what work is required to expand Scotland’s digital infrastructure.
Bill has highlighted the importance of effective broadband availability and its importance for both commercial and residential users. He urges those living and working within his Dunfermline constituency to make representation to the committee via the following link, if they are affected by sub-standard broadband.
