Chiropractor’s Vision for Healthier Dunfermline

City centre-based chiropractor Mark Baxter recently discussed his vision for a healthier Dunfermline with local SNP MSP Bill Walker. The two attended a reception held in the Scottish Parliament by the Scottish Society of Chiropractors.
Mr Baxter, originally from America, revealed how chiropractors can ease many conditions, including back, neck, hip and joint pain, and help with such symptoms as migraine.
He said: “As a proven, cost-effective, regulated Health Care profession, we stand ready to assist the people of Scotland, and Dunfermline in particular, with effective relief from most mechanical back and neck pain related conditions.”
He also stressed the importance, for both individuals and employers, of returning comfortably to work after injury.
Mr Walker said: “Over the last twelve months, Mark has drawn on his many years of experience in chiropractice to establish his clinic in Appin Crescent. His desire to improve the heath of Dunfermline residents using a proven alternative therapy is admirable, and I wish him every success.”
Mr Baxter graduated from Western States Chiropractic College in Portland, Oregon, in 1993. He opened his first clinic in 1995 and has practised in the United States, Wales and Scotland.
