Beginners’ Gaelic Course in Dell Farquharson Centre

Dunfermline MSP Bill Walker has welcomed the launch of a 10-week conversational course in beginners’ Gaelic, which commences on 29th August in the Dell Farquharson Centre, in Dunfermline’s Netherton Broad Street.  Clì Gàidhlig, the organisation for adult learners of Gaelic, will run the course.

Mr Walker said: “Anyone who fancies learning Gaelic should give these classes a try and also spread the word.

“Learners will benefit from experienced tutors provided by a leading Gaelic language organisation.

“I hope everyone who takes part enjoys the experience and finds it enriching.

“Who knows? Perhaps, if there is enough enthusiasm, more advanced classes could follow.”

Anyone interested in attending the course should call Seonag on 01463 226757 or email her at seonag@cli.org.uk. Locally, further information can be obtained from Doug Fraser on 01383 721480.
