Summer-themed Synergie Disco in Dunfermline

image-1Synergie will be holding a laser disco for teenagers on 31st May in the Vine Conference Centre, with DJs Sonar Zone and James Dean.

Other activities on the night include air hockey, Just Dance Wii, giant Jenga, inflatables, energy drainer and lots more. Ice cream, burgers and hot dogs will be on sale for the peckish.

Previous events have attracted around 80 young people, and organisers are hoping for an even bigger turn out this time. Following the successful superheroes theme at the last event, the current theme is summer. Read more of this post

IT Awareness Day at the Vine Conference Centre

IT Turning PointIT Turning Point and The Vine Conference Centre are running an IT Awareness Day, with all proceeds going to the charity LemonAid. The event takes place on the 11th April between 9:30 till 15:00, in Room 1 of The Vine Conference Centre.

MSP Bill Walker welcomes Vine relaunch in Dunfermline

Bill Walker and Tim ThomsonLocal MSP Bill Walker recently visited the newly renamed Vine Conference Centre in Dunfermline to officially launch its rebranding.

For the past 6 years, the building has operated as the Vine Venue but the management felt this did not fully promote what it has to offer. The Centre boasts an auditorium capable of seating 550 people and has rooms available for smaller meetings and interviews.

The Centre has onsite parking for 90 cars and is located just five minutes walk from the Queen Margaret Train Station and a few minutes drive from Halbeath Road. Keen to support the local economy, the management use a Dunfermline-based company to provide corporate hospitality. Read more of this post
