That the Parliament congratulates Dunfermline-based Supply Design Limited on receiving a £30,000 Shell Springboard award to develop high-efficiency power-conversion technology; recognises the importance of supporting small and medium-sized enterprises with commercially viable business ideas to reduce carbon emissions, and asserts its commitment to tackling climate change.
